2: Coach Harlan Shares His Business Wisdom

Welcome to our second episode of Connections. Our series brings together top local business leaders to discuss life, how they help our community, and share secrets they've learned along the way.

Today we have Coach Harlan Hammack of iB4e Coaching.

Harlan Hammack grew up in Southern California near the Hollywood/Burbank-Bob Hope airport. Harlan worked at Lockheed Aircraft for 10 years. He attended California State University, Northridge where he graduated with a degree in English.

Harlan moved to Atlanta in 1992 and also lived in Tampa and Orlando, Florida. He spent his early career as a Technical Writer and Instructional Developer. Harlan moved back to Atlanta in 1999 and began his career as an Organizational Change Management consultant. In 2003, Harlan established iB4e, a management consulting firm focusing on Organizational Change and Business Transformation.

Harlan is a Leadership Coach working with executives, entrepreneurs, and small business professionals. He is currently working on several books in the "A Pilot's Guide" series. When he's not writing or coaching, Harlan enjoys travel and adventure, including experiencing cultures and cuisines from around the world.
